As part of my study away program in Singapore at INSEAD Business School, my friend Jeff Smith and I decided to create a book for our negotiations class final. This book is a graphic guideline that illustrates the basic principles of negotiation for people that don't necessarily have a business background. The idea was to create something that was understandable for most people by translating some of the complicated language, into graphic illustrations that create more interest and can communicate complex ideas in simple ways.
